What's Your Inspiration for CafePress Store Items?

I like to help the local guinea pig rescue with their CafePress store from time to time. I usually get inspired by other volunteers or just random thoughts. But lately, I haven't come up with anything and I know they could use some extra help fundraising. So what do you do to think up new designs for your CafePress products? Have you made much money with it?
