Deleting a discussion may seem a good idea at times, but it is very unlikely that such an option is ever going to exist. Despite the lack of response at present to a discussion it could always gain interest in the future. After all, if 1 person responds then it should appear in the listing again and could easily become popular.

yes, you're right. i think if we add proper tags, it also gets more chance to reappear in the future. thx for responding

Well, nope, i wouldnt delete discussions with no or less responses, after all i did want answers for that and i didnt....but i would want to delete some posts i make or some comments which i shouldnt have, which started a debate, which caused hurt to others, sometimes i dont think and just type whatever and then realise i shouldnt have. so i would definetly delete such ones.....how about u?

hi saivenkaat, yes, i agree with you. some of my "zero response" discussions are really stupid, and i don't want to see them in the list anymore thx for being here

I would not want to delete them but would probably want a way where I can add something more to the discussion which would probably attract others to put in a response.

I have some discussion unanswered but given a chance I still won't delete those discussions. I know that someday and time will come that those discussions will be answered and I will find the right answer that I am looking for.

hi ayessa, that's good. it means you are always satisfied with the discussions you started. sometimes i think i have started a stupid discussion (and it's proven by getting zero response ). thx for responding

I usually get at least one response if I wait long enough, but yes, I would definitely delete discussions that got no response if the option existed. I really only have one like that right now, and if I could I would delete it. But it's not really that big of a deal. I figure it will stay on here and if someone wants to answer it they will. But I didn't expect tons of replies to start with, because it was about a specific movie. Basically I'd rather people answer my discussions because they have something to add, not just because they feel they have to.

hi greysfreak, that's great you have only one discussion with no response. i have several . you're right, it's not a big deal. i think if we want to leave it there, it harms nobody. thx for responding

No I wouldn't delete them but I would like to have the ability to resubmit them maybe at the time I submitted them it might not had been when mylot traffic is at its peak when there are lots of mylotters online.

yes, the time it's submitted matters also. if we submit it when mylot traffic is less, it will leave the first page of "new discussions" with no response. thx for your opinion

Well, I might not delete it but edit my discussions. I hope there is edit discussion button here so that we can edit our discussion that has no reply. It might be interesting to them the way we make it and so, we can make it more interesting if we will undo it.
