Big Mac Sauce

When I was in high school and working at McDonald's I discovered the at Big Mac sauce tastes good on things other than Big Mac's. Mac sauce is good on French Fries, and chicken nuggets too. Do you eat your big mac sauce with anything other than a big mac?

I see this discussion was made a long time ago, but it is the first time I've come across it. To be honest, I have no idea what Big Mac sauce tastes like. I've never had a Big Mac. I just can't get past how many fat grams a Big Mac has. If I were thin I probably wouldn't care. But the next time I'm at McDonalds, I think I should make the person with me get a Big Mac. Then I'll get a small fry order, and dip it into their sauce. Sounds good to me.

Most McDonalds' will give you a side of the sauce. They just came out with a Mac Wrap which is everything in a Big Mac on a tortilla instead of on a bun.

yes i ask for a side of it and dunk my friens in it.it is really good sauce. but i believe its 1000 island dressing so i have had it in salad too. i've never had it on chicken nuggets, i want to try that now though ;)

Sure! It's great on homemade hamburgers or hotdogs with pickle relish. Plus, you can mix it into potato salad for extra tangy zip. I have never tried the sauce on chicken nuggets, but love the idea. Sounds tasty!

I am addicted to Big Macs! Luckily for me I don't gain weight no matter what I eat! :)

The big mac sauce is similar to the 1000 islands dressing OR the exact sauce recipe is 1/2 cup of mayo 2tablespoons french dressing 4teaspoons of sweet pickle relish 1tablespoon finely minced onion 1teaspoon white vinegar 1teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt Intstructions Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Stir Well Place sauce in covered container and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, so that the flavors blend.Stir the sauce a couple of times as it chils Makes 3/4 cup

At this point no I haven't. I have only had it on a Big Mac. But it sure makes the Big Mac taste good.So I can only imagine other things would taste good with it too.

Special sauce is pretty much thousand island dressing. It is great on other things as well. I like it with my fries as well. I have never had them with chicken nuggets. Mind you I never really get chicken nuggets from McDonalds. I think I have only had them once there if I remember correctly. But the sauce is great on some salads as well. YUM. Your making me hungry for McDonalds.
