Ok, i admit it! I have too much make-up!

Earlier today I noticed that I have around 9 lipsticks. hahaha... Don't ask me anymore about the other stuff.

Well, it's not my fault I have gotten so many people giving me stuff. But it's ok for me though, why? Because I don't really use only 1 type of lipstick at a time, I am fond of mixing and matching.

Having a lot of stuff gives you the freedom to create your own.

But of course, there's a problem with them going bad. So I'd suggest you give away what you don't normally use so that others could enjoy them.

Anyhow, maybe you are just a packrat hehehe.. that's why you can't let go of those you don't really like or use that much.

The general rule is that unless you want to look like your mother you should pick what makeup you wear for the day. If you wear foundation it should be something sheer-ish, so that you can tell that there is real skin under there! Usually I say to myself, do I want to wear a bright/dark lipstick today, or dramatic eye makeup -- because if you are trying to look professional, to have everything done is too much.

Poor thing, never mind, I do hope you have at leased one day with out make up so you skin can breath.

And thats what they do put it all in eye catching packets or bottles and along come you and its i must have i must have,
Gone again use once and in the draw, to collect dust.

Yea same here. I think I have too much makeup as well and now I just stop buying makeup all together. I think I will wait for awhile (at least use up a bit) before buying again. I think it's wasteful to throw them away, so I decide that I am going to use them "religiously"*laughs*.

I am with you on this one. I am addicted and think I have far too much makeup. But it is an addiction and I just can't stop. I love all parts of it. It's a drug to say the least. I am sure I have enough to the end of time that I don't have to buy anymore but guess what I just can't stop buying makeup.

hello there hezoid, I always think that the amout of make up used by women varies on how much their face need the make up. Some girls looks better with less make up because they have natural beauty. Others may need more make-up to look pretty. Having too much make-up might end up in you lokking uglier than before you put make up so I guess it's better to consult an expert or your friends.:D

Yup, especially when the sales are on. It's very difficult to resist, when they have incredible offers to go with. And I love collecting lipsticks and eyeshadows, so I've more than I can use.

I have a lot of makeup as well some of which I haven't even opened. SOmetimes I see a new lip gloss that I really like. So even if I already have 5 lip glosses I buy it anyway and just keep it in my drawer. Most of the makeup I buy are similar as well. I guess it's a waste of money but it makes me happy haha.

Oh me too!;; I always buy a bunch of make-up just because it looks pretty or because it's my favorite brand. With all the make-up I have, it looks I'm stocking up or something. Haha. It's hard not buying any for me because I like the variety of colors and such. I don't like looking the same everyday. Haha.
