favorite city in the world  | |  When I get to go to New York City I am in heaven. Its not just the shopping but it is the whole atmosphere. It is my favorite place in the world to go to. Does anyone else feel the same and why? If not where do you like to visit?

Except for the fact that I was underage when I visited Las Vegas, but still i found that there was so much to do oustide of the gambling and drinking. I loved visiting the different hotels. I guess Toronto is like New york to you becuase I live so close to it it does not excite me. | |

I took my daughter to stay at the Hudson Hotel in the Theater (check out that American spelling!) to celebrate her 21st birthday and we were in the city for 10 days. I'm not really into shopping so I thought I probably wouldn't enjoy it, but au contraire, it was incredible - what a buzz there is to the place. I would love to go back. My daughter loved it just as much as I did - we're both really into movies and it felt like we were on one giant film set! It's the only place I've ever been to that left me feeling 'homesick' for it when I left, and that feeling lasted a LONG time. | |
