Smoothies, I've tried the triple berry flavor, what have you tried?

So far I've only tried the diet Rightsize smoothie flavor Slenda-berry with raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. All their powders have 100 to 110 calories and mix with water, milk, or juice. I like this berry flavor mixed with raspberry juice the best, followed by milk. I've tried it with yogurt, too. I want to get chocolate next. My boss drinks his after freezing it and letting it thaw a little. So do you drink smoothies as part of your diet? What kind or kinds have you tried? Did they work for you? I like this kind because it's low in sugar and this flavor is low in sodium plus it has an appetite controler so I'm not hungry for 4 hours when I'm working and 6 hours when I'm watching TV.
