Well, I'm sorry I can't offer you a piece of my cakes. Next time I'll make one I'll describe the taste and smell of them to you. That way you can enjoy them from where you are.
No, just kidding. I'll translate one of my favourite recipes later and put it on mylot, that way you can try it yourself.
Have a nice day

It's too hot now to bake anything, but once it gets cooler I love to bake. I really don't go all out and bake as much as I used to, since now I live alone, but I used to bake my own homemade bread...might start that again once it cools down...it's our summer here so too hot. I've baked pies and muffins and cookies. You mention tuna casserole...one of the things I love to make are my own chicken pot pies...

I like to bake many different things. I have a sweet tooth most of the time, so I bake a lot of cakes, muffins and cookies. Those are the things that seem to disappear the fastest in my home. I'm part Italian, so I also bake Lasagne, Manicotti, and Ziti. I'm 36 years old and have really come into my own in the kitchen in the last ten years or so. The more you practice, and the more experience you get, the better you will become. Also, make sure that your oven is cooking at the proper tempature. If it's old, it may not be accurate. You can buy an internal thermometer for under $ 5.00 and it will tell you the real temp. inside of your oven.

I bake alot of things such as cookies home made, cakes, pies all sorts of different things.. I am not perfect at them either but do tend to follow the directions on the recipes and that's what makes them the best... Adding to much or to less with destroy your cooking..
