| slimquick with hoodia, anyone ever tried it?  | | | |  Have any of you ever tried this stuff?
I've seen them advertising it on tv all the time, and I've seen it on the shelves at the store.
I have a heck of a time losing weight, I can eat right, exercise and it just creeps off one tiny ounce at a time.
After awhile I get so digusted I go back to the same old eating habits.
I'm not looking to drop a bunch of weight at one time, I know it'll take time. But I would like to find something that will help me along.
Any advice?

If you decide to use it, definitately limit your fat intake.
