I watch the show "Jon & Kate plus Eight". I enjoy watching this couple who have a set of twins along with sextuplets! WOW! I do wonder about the grandparents in this situation. I've only heard the parents say once that the grandparents do not participate in the kids lives. I wonder what the problem is? Since he is of Asian decent and she is Caucasian, I wonder if that is the problem. Who knows? At any rate the family is doing well. Cute kids, but a hand full. I do think that Kate wears the pants in the family though. She seems to be very controlling and almost paranoid about some things. But they are exposing the children to a lot of different things, such as trips to Disney World, to amusement parks, farms, etc. etc. Sometimes I wonder about exposing these children to the public eye through the tv program, but I realize sometimes you have to do things to make ends meet and if this is the way they are doing it, then so be it. I think in the long run, the kids will benefit from it. I doubt that if they hadn't chosen to do the tv show, that they would be able to afford to take these kids on all the trips they take, as well as keep food in their mouths and clothes on their backs. I wonder how many years they will continue to do the show? Since we have seen these kids from babies, I hope that we can continue to watch them grow into teens.
