I would not want to jsut rely on herbs or water. It is something that could easily become life threatening and you do not want to mess around with it.

Now I am use both ways when I go in the early morning on 5am to do my prayer (as a Muslim you know) I take 4 glasses of water then after one hour I take my breakfast with a hot cup of hibiscus herb, then go the bathroom refresh myself and start my day.
