Do you think or believe that a taped voice recording should ever be allowed into court even if the person who was recorded did not know they were being recorded, and would it matter to you if the person being recorded had evidence of a crime that resulted in death?

I think that getting to the truth and bringing someone to justice for a crime should outweigh any issues of legality when it comes to recording someone's comments.
