Have you ever got so aggravated at your job about something that is going on you don't want to be there, but you have to be so then everything becomes a rage. You just want to quit and holler and curse. I am so aggravated right now I want to tell all these customer where they can go. Do you ever get this mad over something little not going your way?

i am working with law agency and we have lots of cases being handled. i might be still under investigation or already being heard in court. we have two cabinets of index cards where the cases are being kept. so i decided to make a system, a database system that can track the cases. it was my initiative and the agency knew it. it helps the agency a lot, in serving the public. but there was one time that my colleagues has conversations. and one thing that struck my ears and my ego, was the statement "what's the use of that system?" would you not be hurt and feel aggravated, when in fact that system is mine, not being issued by the agency, and never been recognized?

Yeah, I get aggravated at my job. I have learned though from experience and faith that things will get better. Sometimes things get even better after the storm. I have had days where I had to drag myself. I have learned to try to keep my mouth shut and try to sit back and wait to see what happens. If not, I'll just start thinking about finding another job. Try not to bring it home though, it's best to leave it at the door.

About a year back, I faced a situation where there was a situation like this that I experienced, which made me go nuts. I did not have the option of leaving, it would have mean that someone else would have had to face what I did. They were good colleagues and friends and I could not let them go through it. It went on for 3 days before things started to cool off. I've learned a lot since hen and think now I will be able to handle things better.

I have gotten mad like that, but then I stuck through it. It was horrible during the experience, but I found that I grew a lot from it. After going through some of the most horrible aggravation, I found that I appreciated things going right more. What is more than that, now it is hard to get me upset because I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed and I just try to stop before I start.
