I brush my teeth in the mornings after I eat cereal or drink my coffee. Sometimes I will brush them again in the middle of the day if I am going some where and or if I ate something sweet. Then again when I go to bed. I use to brush more but my dentist told me nono when I as a kid.

well as far as I know it is better if you can do that both The Times. The reason is that within the span of six hours or whatever when you sleep a lot residue gathers on teeth and so the news to be removed so brushing in the morning is very important. and it is also imp 2 at nightbecause after all the day we eat it is important to clean up the leftovers from the teeth so that they are clean and healthy. Were acting it is better to brush your teeth regularly rather than going to the dentist and having the paying felt like it is telling you. I have seen people struggling in front of the dentist and let me tell you it is not a very good side. So I try to avoid it by brushing my teeth and keeping them in that positions will I don't have to visit the dentist onto early 11.

Hi Bluepatch, every night before going to bed I definitely will brush my teeth. I always try my best to brush them thoroughly as what the dentists advise us to do. So our teeth won’t be corroded by the acid formed due to the remaining food left in the teeth.
I will brush my teeth every morning before and after breakfast again to keep my teeth clean. We won’t suffer from toothache or other gum diseases if we have healthy teeth. Besides, we are not encouraged to use toothpicks for they might cause harm to our gum. Anyway we are always glad to show our sparkling white natural teeth while laughing, right?!
posting and have a nice day.

Dentist always remind me to brush my teeth every time I finish meals and snacks. I definitely brush my teeth in the morning after breakfast and before I hit the hay, when it comes to brushing during the day, well my only excuse is that it's hard to remember.
Well, my dentist always blame me why I'm having toothaches.

Well, i do both. The teeth will feel smelly if we sleep, because if we sleep the food in our mouth lack oxygen, and the digestion will make this smell. So it's better brush before sleeping. As to moring, well, i have to work, and i want my teeth clean, otherwise, oops~~
Enjoy life

Brushing our teeth is very important. I brush my teeth at least 3 times a day, that is morning, afternoon (usually after lunch) and before going to bed. But sometimes, I brush more than 3 times because if the meal I ate as a strong smell, I immediately brush. Take care =)

I brush in the morning and at night, I think that we should brush at night so we get all of the bacteria and sugars that will rot away our teeth, and the morning brush is to get rid of all of the bacteria that forms in your mouth overnight. When you go to bed you don't have morning breath, but when you wake up you do. I don't like brushing my teeth, but I do it.
