I'm bored with my life  | |  Lately I don't know what to do with my life anymore. Everything is just to boring for me and I need new things in my life. I'm on vacation right now and i just feel that my life passes me by. I'm 18 years old and I don't believe I really live each moment to the fullest. What do you think I should do in order to achieve more satisfaction?

One piece of practical advice I would give is to pick up the Dark Tower series by Stephen King (starting with the Gunslinger and going through to The Dark Tower). Since you have time on your hands, drag a chair outside, lie out in the sun, and get lost in a REALLY LONG but REALLY GOOD story!
Hope it helps, books are one of my favorite escapes, and that is the ultimate fantasy series (for me)!

Sometimes you just have to go stir up some excitement...go to a coffee shop and start talking to someone. I once met a stand up comic and got free tickets to his show! You never know whats going on outside your little world until you try it out!! There are so many fun things to do... you just have to start trying them out! writing, painting, photograghy, journeling, jogging, skateboarding, making a snowman, making anything.... | |

And also a friend called me today and invite me to a trip to the sea. I may go if I find the money, cause I'm a little short of money right now, and maybe I'll combine photography and trip to sea and take some shots there. It's not that I don't have friends, and no one to talk to,but we're all so bored about what we use to do. I live in a small town, so there's not so much I can do here. But you're right, little things make life better:D | |
