Well Im glad he has to go back to court thats if he shows up. He owes 10 thousand but they are only asking him to pay 3600. I wonder if they will put him in jail since they have given him like 2 months to pay up. I wonder if he will start crying and say he can't pay even though he has diamonds and golds rings and a mouth full of gold. You know I don't understand why men have babies and then don't want o help pay for them the same for women too why have a child if you just are going to give it away to the dad or the streets. These children don't ask to be here so why would you make them suffer because you don't want the child. We have so many children in the system for different reasons.

Good luck with it. I have dealt with the problem for years and they keep slapping my ex on the hand and letting him go free. He has nothing to do with our daughter. He left me when I was pregnant with her. He is a deadbeat. I did get his tax returns a few times. He always has an excuse for not paying. He got caught up finally but I have not received a dime this month. My child lives with me 365 days out of a year but he gets to claim her on his taxes every other year. He gets back more than what he pays out. that is just not fair. I work from home and my husband is our sole provider because he makes more than me but the judge says I am not doing my part. Whatever!!!!!!

I also worked outside of my home for years and carried her healthcare and paid her daycare, medical and you name it. He is to carry her insurance now and I have not seen a medical card since the judge ordered it 3 years ago. I have called child support to at least get the insurance number for my daughter but they act like it is no big deal and they will take care of it. It has been three years now and still no insurance from him for her.

Well, hopefully the crying won't help when the Judge see's the mouthful of gold...it is true that if you bring a child into this world then you should be willing to support it. Afterall the child is the only one to suffer. I could see if the one that was supposed to pay child support had a valid reason to not be paying but just b/c they don't want to isn't a valid reason. It is not only men. It seems like the absent parent does not feel they should have to help, since they no longer live there. I don't get it. I hope that things turn out well.

I believe we should protect our children and I don't believe the courts will let him get away without paying anything, I don't care if he cries rivers.. My niece is having the same problems with her soon to be ex.. He is a dog and that is being nice.. A man should not have children if he can't love, raise and support them.. Good luck to you and to your children..

I'm glad he's being taken to court, too! It sounds like he's irresponsible and thoughtless. I don't understand why a man would want a kid or be careless about preventing a pregnancy when he wasn't prepared to deal with the consequences. Maybe the court will yank out those gold crowns out of his mouth to make sure your child is able to eat!
