Why is it that when you have a bath and you are relaxing in all those soothing bubbles....suddenly the need to let one go comes over you.
the question is this
why does a fart filtered through water always seem to smell different?
everyone has a 'signature' fart. one you know to be your own beloved scent...one you would not fight to get out from under the duvet.
why is your bath fart so different?

I'm n ot sure other than it is muffled by the water. I am sure that the water will hold or take away some of the smell that would come from it since it is not just going out into the open air.

You come up with some of the most interesting discussions! They are funny and scary at the same time!
There is a theory that warm water helps to relax our muscles, so of course you are going to end up carbonating your own water. The intestines are after all muscles too.
