Eat dates to get healthy

Do you know if you eat between 1 to 5 dried dates can give a lot of energy and keep you healthy?
Yes dates have a lot of advantages that can give us, it can help to good digestion for the stomach, and keep a way from constipation, and can give a good calories that help the body, and if any one have a low sugar that cos a problem to the body one piece of date can rise this sugar and make it stable.

Where we are right now,there's a lot of dates.Once a friend gave us a box of it and we can't seem to finish it.So what i did was bake cake with dates and some i use for dates shake.Called some friends and had a hearty feast of dates.But too much of it will add to your weight right?Thanks

Wow, what a nice thing, I love cake with dates, my wife did bake some of it for us, and yes I thing eating too much dates will add to your weight as anything else you eat much from it.

I love dates, but I haven't had any for a long time. Not terribly far from my city are a lot of famous date farms that have all kinds and varieties of dates. I like the bread dates because they're dry on the outside. I guess they're similar to how wild dates used to be. I also love date shakes and get one every time I go out to the desert. There's a website to order online, but it's more expensive than actually driving out there and getting the stuff.

Dear friend,
I do like dates also it also I do know it much better for the health and moreover it is also heard that it purifies the blood and generates haemoglobin in blood. See the dates more in deserts were one get tried so soon and those people there still stay healthy.

yes i do eat dates but not as often as i want to. real great fruits to munch on plus in terms of nutrition, it offers a lot of benefits. kinda bummed that i don't a chance to get more here in our place so i settle for other fruits instead.

I absolutely love dates, but too many will give me diarrhea. You're right about the sugar content.

hi alkurishy thanks for the info specially for dates for low blood sugar as I always need something healthy that will
bring my blood glucose level up fast.I am a diabetic and am in control but sometimes I get low blood glucose so need
a quick sugar supply. I love dates too.
