What's broken at you?r house

My sink was leaking and ruined the wood underneath.
My electric garage door opener does not work.
What needs fixed at your house? It doesn't have to be part of the house, but anything you own that needs fixed.

i need alot of money to fix this house bathroom needs to be done and kitchen needs doing underneath the sink there is a cupboard and its all damaged from leaking from the water and it makes me sick because it stinks i have to change the pan to tip the water out toilet needed painting as well take care and happy posting

We have a downstairs bathroom I refuse to use or even go in. It needs torn down. I don't think it's really "broken" it's just so hideous and in a dark corner of the basement and the wall paper is so old it is just peeling off.
We have one garage door we don't use - it needs to be put on a safety spring. It works, I don't use it though because i don't want it to fall on somebody.
Hmm...I also have a half finished walkway and a half finished bathroom, but my hubby is busy working so I don't get upset by it, lol. Someday we'll finish our projects!
