I know each of us face death one day. But, although I was aware of Tony's cancer, I was in hopes that he would conquer it and would live a long time. He has really been an inspiration to so many people. He was such a loving guy, smiling constantly, no matter what speech he had to deliver. I've been watching the tributes to him on Fox News, his former employer, all day. I watched his friend, Griff Jenkins, talking about him and almost coming to tears this morning. So many of his former colleagues have talked about how he loved his family above anything. Whatever he did, they were in his mind first and foremost. I can't imagine what they are going through tonight.Although they probably knew he wouldn't last too long, it is still a shock when your loved one dies. Tony was one of my favorite journalists. I always watched him on Fox News and I really was happy to see him take the job as Press Secretary. The world has lost a very great man, one who was respected by almost every one. A friend sent me one of his quotes she had kept - "God hasn't promised us tomorrow, but he has promised us eternity". And today, he is living in eternity.

I stop keeping up with these stuff because they all seem to have disspointed the Americans in one way or another. They officials have turned their back on the soldiers that return home from war and in need of immediate psychological help. the scandal and cheating lies are just to much for me to bear. Tony Snow may have been the better person, but since I stop reading about politics in general, I don't know what happens anymore.

Tony Snow was more known for his job on Fox News. He was there for 10 years and everybody got to know the kind of person he was. He was only press secretary for 17 months. From what everyone says,he was the same person whether he was working, having fun with his music, or with his family. That speaks volumes for him.
