How Many Of You Have Never Voted In The Presidential Election?

I voted in the 2004 election but did not vote in the 2000 election when I was first eligible to vote. I could not decide who I wanted to vote for in 2000 because I really did not like Gore or Bush. If you have never voted do you have a reason?
