When will you be happy

for me 'happiness' is a choice, it comes from within. its a psychological thinking, if you chose to be happy then that's the time you'll be happy but if you chose to be sad then for sure you'll be sad. to find happiness, of course, think of the things that can make you smile, laugh, or just make you feel complete, it need not be a thing, it may be an event - a celebration, a success or even a person, like for me, i am happy being with the special person in my life. indeed she gives me happiness that nothing in the whole wide world can! :) sounds a bit weird but its true.

I am happy most of the time.Happiness is not a journey to reach something.It's just an emotion.Have a nice day.Cheers..
