Do you correct your spelling and/or grammar before posting on MyLot?

I was just wondering if fellow Mylotters do the same. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. It really depends on my mood. Sometimes I get too carried away with what I'm typing that I accidentally click on the post discussion without checking if my post makes any sense. Sometimes I laugh at myself for posting without proof reading first. There have been posts that came out differently because of a mistake. Do you correct your spelling or grammar or does it really matter at all?

I try to check my spelling and sometimes like right now that I am sleepy I also try to make sense on how I respond to a discussion. I believe good spellig matters and that grammar is important too but not as important as making sense when repling to someone.

Eheh... I know what you mean. It's really hard to make things perfect especially when the bed bug has already taken hold of you.

I try to do it whenever i can. There have been instance when I have posted and then realised that I have made some mistakes eithr in the spellings or in the grammar. However, to me conveying what I have in mind is important.

Most often I changed and correct my spelling (and thanks for mylot, which makes a red line over a wrong spelling) but not on the grammar. Oftimes though, when I had already posted my response I wanted to re-edit it but sadly it can't be done, well, I just don't mind it anyway, as long as it can be understood and readable I don't mind much also to other people's mistakes on grammar or spelling. Happy mylotting to you !:)

I am a Language Arts teacher so I try to do my best and use correct spelling, punctuation and grammar at all times. However, I know that it does not always happen. MyLot needs a spell and grammar check. I would definately use it.

I do my best to post quality responses or discussions, but I'm not a native speaker of English so no matter how many times I copyread my work, some errors still slip through... I'm improving though. Mylot is my training ground for English ^_^

i almost always catch any mistakes i make as i watch the screen while i am typing so i see it as soon as it happens, but i don't go back and re-read what i wrote for any types of errors, i figure that if i did make any most people will be able to tell what i am talking about

I am a pretty good speller but sometimes I am too quick when I type and I mess up my words.I try to make sure that my typing is right but sometimes I get in a major hurry and go too fast and forget to make sure everything is spelled right.

Not always, it anything comes to my notice, just before posting, I do carry out the correction. If it skips my attention, it gets posted. After submission, if I see any silly mistake, I try to rectify it by adding comments below my reply. Actually, sometimes I type so fast that mistakes do occur. What about you?

I always make sure that I check my spelling, my grammar and my punctuations before hitting on that "post response" button or that "start discussion" button. There are times when I get to overlook some though. Or, there are also times when I am in a rush that I do not check anymore. Most of the time, I sit back and read what I have encoded. When I am already contended, I submit what I need to post.
