Will you still eat when you are so full at a buffet? / myLot

I had seen quite a lot of people in buffet,kept on eating and stuffed in food into their mouths even they were too full for that. Maybe it's human nature,they were paying so much for the buffet,in order to get their money back,so they just could not stop eating. I think this is a bad practice. It's not good for health,maybe can cause indigestion. The consequence maybe far worse than the money that we are paying for the buffet. Is it worth to do that? It depends,maybe some people think is kind of satisfaction. If for me, I will normally eat slowly,enjoy the food and try all kind of foods available there. Once I finish trying every food, I will just stop eating. So what do you think? What would you do if you are too full in a buffet? Will you still keep on eating? Do share with me,thanks.

I do not usually like going to buffets, for that reason. I do not eat a lot, and after a small portion of the things I like, I am done. Usually I do not get my money's worth. I would rather go to a regular restaurant and order a meal. My husband on the other hand loves to go the buffet, I usually tell him to go without me, since the buffet is not or would never be my first choice when dining out.

Most of the time,I prefer to go regular restaurant too. But once a while,go to have buffet just to feel the environment,with lots varieties of food,lol. Thanks for the response.

can anyone still continue eating when their stomach is full? i guess not..and i cant ..but males usually eat much than females generally ...i like eating in a buffet since its all there ..complete and have different viands,desserts or whatever..
