I have been thinking...yes that is what you smell burning lol
Anyhooo I think about people that hurt me and feel sad..
I'm not into revenge and can never get why some jump to it so quickly
I've been told that all minds..hearts..bodies..souls are connected
then if you seek revenge don't you just hurt yourself?

Revenge is never worth the effort or potential consequences. Just release the negative feelings and move on. I've been had many times in my life; so what? Cost-benefit. The cost far outweighs the benefit.

Sometimes our emotions get the best of us. We react first. Think later. Then come to regret our actions. Make amends. Try again to do things right.

I believe in showing a person who has wronged me, or wronged someone else, the consequences of their actions, but that is as far as I go. I never seek revenge on them myself, only to show them what is obvious.

It is said that the harm we do to others comes back threefold, but sometimes it is worth it. On the other hand, getting revenge is not always harmful. Sometimes it is possible to exact an appropriate sort of revenge in a somewhat constructive manner. Then everyone benefits. It is not good to lash out at other people without cause, but neither is it good to stand idly by and watch one person continually hurt another. This is one reason we all admire someone like Robin Hood, even though he was an outlaw.
