Would you like it, if you are labelled comedian?

I would not mind be called a comedian. I try to be funny and make others laugh so if i am labeled a comedian i would take it as a honor even if someone tried to use it as an insult.

i think people dont want to be labeled it because then they will feel that they always have to be funny.. that they cant be serious.. i dated this guy that was always really funny but i felt like i never knew him because he wouldnt show anything other than that side.. i saw him be serious once and he seemed to really be depressed so i dont know if he was also trying to hide that or what.. i wouldnt mind being labeled as funny but not comedian.

Well! you wont believe... in my place, where i live... there is a competiton every christamas, there is a prize for the most comedy person from that place... ha ha ha.. We actually participate in that competition just to be named as most comedian... So being labelled as a comedian is no problem at all for me...

Well, a comedian is the center of the company, center of attention usually. That might be bad for some people, but if i was the one to entertain the company, have fun with them, i would like it. I dont think this phrase used in this way is insulting or strange in anyway.

That would depend on how the statement is worded. I would not like it if people thought of me as a joke, but It would be nice to be thought of as a person wh0o could be funny (which I am not).

I would love to labeled a comedian because it means that people really admire and love to listen to some of the funny insight that I have to tell them. Some people wouldn't like to be called a comedian because they think that people wouldn't take them seriously and always think they are joking when they are not. Being Labeled a comedian can mean that you have a good quality about you that could help you meet and make friends with people in the future.
