When you're moving around town do you look for opportunities to walk ?

I walk around town all day in my job and my doctor says its really good for me but it seems other people avoid walking all the time. What do you do ?

I love to walk whenever possible. I know what you mean, I know so many people that go to extremes to keep from having to walk. It's crazy. Get out and enjoy your surroundings more, people!
