Labiaplasty???

Has anyone here had a labiaplasty done? If you have not, but you have long labias do you like them or think that if you had the money you would get the surgery done? Does anyone know why it happens. They told me it was something called congenital hypertrophy, but I can not find any information on why it happens. Does anyone else know?

I have heard of something like this and I thought it was mainly a cosmetic thing. I can't imagine having surgery in that area if it wasn't medically necessary. I have no complaints in that region.
I think that those who do it strictly for cosmetic purposes are probably troubled in deeper ways, to find that necessary. I hate to sound like I'm judging people, and I'm actually not opposed to plastic surgery. This seems extreme to me, though. Although I can envision a future that includes liposuction and facelifts, this is not a procedure that interests me at all.
