Then, when civil rights groups are trying to make the phone companies accountable (because you can't sue the president), Bush gives them a blanket protection. Oh, and how about that $250 BILLION that was just blindly given out! No accountability, whatsoever! Given out in the last months of his term. I think that's a good stopping point!
