Is Anyone Here a Member of Pay2Surf? I Smell Scam....

I recently joined the PTC Pay2Surf. They minimum payout is USD 40. You earn by visiting a website or advertisement and view it for at least 20 seconds. It seems manageable since I was able to accumulate 10 dollars in a little over 1 week. The problem is when I log-on the site and try to view the advertisement I get a "Site Overload - Too Many Users" message (See attached). The message says the site will be back in a few minutes but it has been days since I can't browse anything. I am just wondering how come the site be overloaded when it shows that there are less than 100 users online. Something is fishy. They may be preventing members to achieve the minimum 40 USD payout.
I hope I am wrong!

Hi Muelitz,
I wouldn't take no chances on these site, good thing I don't really understand all these site so I just stick to Mylot and stay safe.

I am a member of this site also. After reading your post I tried to login and got the same message you did. Hopefully this is just a small fluke and we will be able to get back on the site soon. Thanks for the information though.
