 i am not into chip that much, but my hubby just loves home made chips..
he says the chips out there today are all just paper thin things so he always asks me to make home made fat crunchy chips...

yep johnny is just the same he loves his home made chips and i have to use only crisco oil he loves them in that oil and after i have made the chips i throw that oil out he dont like the same oil used on the chips twice..
i like the sound of crumbed sausages and runny eggs johnny would love that i will make that..

I dont want to splatter myself and I am not sure if I have ever made them, if I have it hasnt been recently. My husband doesnt really care for fried foods so he ight not enjoy as much as I might, but I might give them a whirl sometime. I do remember making vegetables tempura style one time. They were ok.
