I weigh 145 lbs. now & I gain so much weight in just 6 mos. Please help me, I need some diet plan plus exercise...I've got to lose some extra weight...I've been hypertensive again & in a month I should lose few lbs. Help me please!

2. smacksman (3060) | 2 months ago | Drastically reduce your intake of food. Cut your meals in half - not the number of meals a day but the quantity in each meal. Drink just water - nothing else but water. Cut out the obvious fattening type of foods and drinks. Very hard to do but it does work.
