I remember someone called Campbell being receiving a letter offering him an invitation to get a 'prestigious' VISA card that was only issued to people called Campbell, so he could be part of this elite group running up debt.

On the application form, there was a box where you had to fill in your surname.

Hmm.

I always think it is really funny how so many people in the world can have exactly the same name. We have a lot of people where I live that all have the same names, as a lot of big families live here.
