My Dad had a brainstroke in 2006. It was aggravated by diabetes and became thinner. Ever since that first stroke his health deteriorated. In February this year he can not stand by his own anymore and had difficulty in speaking although he takes his medicines and visit his doctors regularly. On the first week of July his right hand and foot became limp and can not utter any word at anymore-obviously he suffered another stroke. The doctors can not do much to improve his condition. He is continuously deteriorating...we are preparing ourselves for the worst. We will be giving him a great party on the 21st of July.

Thank you Hatley. You're right -it's so heartbreaking to see someone that you love is suffering yet you can't do anything much to help.

Desease is the most common enemy of human. It's like our time of taking care of our body for a long time would only lead to nothing. When plague by deseases. So sad, so true. We invest so much money on vitamins, health foods and other health related products. And in the end just one desease will put an end to all our efforts. I'm sorry about your father's situtation. Give him my best wishes on his birthday.

Thank you very much. His senses have deteriorated so much but I think he still hears everything because he responds by doing gestures with his left hand. I'll whisper your greetings to him.
