Find all the fault you want with her, but that doesn;t change anything. She is not perfect - I personally find hepatitis a big turn off - but she is definitely hot.
I also find it strange that many women who ask questions like this are themselves quite sexy. Is it competiveness? Does it matter that one person is sexier than another? Don;t worry so much about whether someone else is sexy or not. It serves more to diminish you than them. Focus instead on moving yourself forward through life. Acknowledge the people around you, knowing in your heart that you are sexy too.
