How do i make real refferals and know a PTC or PTR site that really pays.?

I have registered on many ptc and ptr's and still have not received any cash or transfer of the same in my accounts. I am really frustrated when the most trusted site Foxcash also betrayed me.. Their system was down as they say and i was already a dollar more than its minimum payout. I worked really hard to acheive that minimum payout. What is the solution for this.. ? I almost worked for days and nights altogether to achieve and finally the result is zero.. Help me please..
