I do not understand, you have been together 7 years, live together, have a daughter and he doesn't want to get married. What does he call the arrangement you have. You are basically married, but without the legality. So what is his problem? He owe you an answer right away as to is he going to marry you or not. Then you can make a decision as to what you are going to do. He has all the avantages of marriage without the committment, how fair is that? If you really want to get married and he does not, please do not have any more children by him. He is holding up your life, use your mind and not your heart if you have to make a decision.
