If you haven't seen Batman, will Christian Bale's arrest stop you?

I actually don't think that this is going to influence the gross income of the movie in anyway. People make mistakes - you, me, Winona Ryder, Americans if they vote for Obama, etc. (I'm being a political sarcastic-cat, take it easy) Now, I don't know all of the details about this arrest, but it does sound serious, with assault charges and all. But you have to realize: A. It's summertime. B. Kids are bored and ancy. C. Parents want them out of the house. D. It's Batman. It's going to be, and already is a hit.

I don't think this will sway my opinion to see the movie. People do stuff all the time. He is going to get money with or without you so why not go see the movie if you want too?

I'll see the movie sometime. If I don't catch it at the theater I will definitely rent it. I know he got into trouble but I don't know who Christian Bale is and could care less who is. If he owned a company I would probably not buy from it and would discontinue their service if that what type of business it was. But it wouldn't stop me from seeing the movie.

LOL--to be honest I just plain have never been a Batman fan either. Christian Bale's arrest for assaulting his own mother and sister wouldn't have influenced me either way...I'm just not a Batman fan..

whoa when did this happen?!?! omg thats horrible!! but i have NEVER liked Christian Bale so it doesnt bother me and unless you are talking money he is earning from extras from the movie he has already been paid for the movie so its not gonna make him personally more rich.. now if its like t-shirts and etc then he will get a percentage I THINK.. not sure.. but the actual movie they just get paid a flat amount whether or not it does great or bombs.. the only thing it would be helping is to make the movie more of a success that he can claim he has been a part of
