I have 5 children,and after 4 lost the weight immediately.There are some yrs between my fourth and fifth now, my fifth one left some weight on me.I am losing everything butthis belly.It is starting to affect my self esteem.I didnt even go swimming this summer!please,if anyone knows any exercises that will work on this belly?Id be very greatful.
