Do you like persons who always gives advises??

I think some people will give you more advice than you really want! It depends on how the advice is offered. Sometimes people will say something like ' have you thought of doing ....' and thats ok but when people tell me 'you should/ought to/want to do .....' that's a different matter.
I think most of us can tell when its just a sympathetic ear that's needed but we all have opinions and it can be difficult to give unbiased advice.

Advise is a great help for those who really need it and when they ask for it. unwarranted advises and advisers become headache most of the times.

Some People like to throw advises. Once they know that their advises were useful to others, they just start advising everyone on everything. These are really unwanted.

While doing so, they don't realize that they are not advising people anymore, but they are imposing their thoughts on others and they are expecting others to follow whatever they say. In such cases these people and their advises become a headache.

The best strategy is not to advise anyone unless asked specifically.
