Which one is easier? To be a guy or to be a girl?

I don't really believe that men or women should have set roles to be born with. It is the individual who has it harder or easier than another individual, not split between the sexes. A woman can have bigger aspirations in the working world than a man, she can be a manager of a big company and be even busier than a man, and vice versa. I think in these days you can't just generalize between men and women since there are so many societies and more human rights for everyone. Now more commonly a man and wife both share the chores of a house, and share the role of working a job.

Yeah i have a different opinion. Everyone like in guys and girls both have their own duties to follow up. As you mentioned guys have to take responsibilities and do all the career works and stuff same way girls also do this its just that we think that girls have less work. But if we equalize the works they may sound different but they take equal energy time and responsibility. Guys working and girls working at home. Even there are girls now who want to work like guys do for hours long. Girls have alot of homely responsibilities also guys dont have to take care much they have a more easier life from birth to death:)

in my opinion guys have the easier role, they work but so do girls they build up a career but so do girls on top of that most girls have to do housework too

I would like to think our genders are equal and complimentary to one another. Sadly, this is not the case. There is more to gender than who does housework and one should try to remember when taking on a view of a mysoginist, women bear children, raise them, work, and are still in this archaic view by some men. It is a different way to look at the way things really are and if you love a woman you will treat her in the capacity of that love...

I am a guy and want to experience what it will be like to be a Girl, want to explore more, want to see the difficulties they face. I think girls are also expecting the same. I know that it is impossible but want to try in next birth. Thanks for raising the question.

Yenwie, Don't you think that is an old fashioned point of
view? Even though I agree with you, we shouldn't be thinking
that way in this day and age. Women are no longer just supposed
to be taking care of the family. It's supposed to be a shared
task. Women are now expected to work too. The roles are supposed to
have changed so that both men and women do the same tasks equally.
That means men are supposed to share in taking care of the housework,
helping with the kids and going to work just the same as women.

I think your break down of guys roles and girl roles is rather archaic. There are many women who don't care for cleaning and would put career over having a family. If everything were equal, I think it woul be easier to be a guy. Besides the monthly thing, guys don't generally have to think about being attacked and raped. Guys are generally stronger which can come in handy sometimes. They are also more gnerally accepted in a work place with words or rumor. Being a woman though could be handy especially if you have a great pair of legs and people buy drinks for you. Being an a attractive women can be a very powerful position. Give me comfort over power anyday.

i think both have their own roles.there's no definite whichever one is easier.
No doubt, there are tasks that beyond girls capabilities. But, same thing, men are not all perfect that know how to do everything. I think God is fair.

They are hard in different ways,and in different jobs.

I think in this day and age gender roles have really been torn apart. Its to much of a generalization to say a guy takes care of the family and builds up a career when theres many women who do the same thing and vice versa.

Although I hate to stereotype this, I will give my personal opinion in regards to your question:

I will say in a building a relationship guys have it much harder with having to spend a lot of money and work hard as the girl basically judges him. I think women have it harder in other situations because they often set high standards for what they want. Guys on the other hand often go with "getting by," and don't fuss over little things like matching colors or decorative pillows.

Theres exceptions to all of these obviously.
