We use to do playstation dance dance revolution for exercise. It was really fun too.

| 3. crunkyjens (371) | 1 month ago |  I love my Wii fit! While I don't think using the Wii Fit alone will make you lose a decent amount of weight I love using it as a guide. About once a week I will get on and measure my body fat index and my weight and I like how it keeps track of it for me. That way I can visually see my progress with bar graphs and such.

| 4. muscare (1152) | 1 month ago |  My wife and I have just put a Wii on 'layby til christmas' as I thought it would be great for my 5yr old son, as well as my wife and I. As we all love playing games, I thought it a good way to also be active at the same time. We're getting the sports pack with it, and I thought that would be great for me as the weather will always be fine indoors, LOL!

I played on it for about 40 minutes and it never got old. I love all the different options to play. My Mom has one too and it is motivational for me to compete with her scores so it stays fun. I hope I can come back here in a month and tell you I am 15 pounds lighter then I was today. I guess we will see.

I do not see this as something that can get you into great shape, but it will get you up and moving which is good. I used mine for week or two then quit using it. I need to get back on it and track my weight. It's nice how you can set weight loss goals with it. I was able to purchase mine the 1st day them came out. | |
