Child m*lester hasn't served a single day in 43 year term

OMG! Seriously,that is crazy. I've never heard of any such thing, the only thing that comes close to that is parole, but even that does not require a bond, just good behavior. Seems like that man is taking advantage of the system to be free. If you recieve a sentence that I say it should be done. Something is not right, that's like letting loose a murderer. No one is safe. I sure as heck would not feel safe living near a child molester. I think this man needs to go to jail. If not then he thinks it's ok what he did, but if in jail he can realize that what he did was wrong.

I agree with you! This man should be behond bars. Their should not be any special treatments such as to delay prison on bond. No child is safe when they do that what happens if they think they have time to do a few more before they go to the big house. I am thinking this judge maybe have been drinking to much or smoking something to let this happen..of course they are also bribery..I bet this jusdge wouldn't have issued the delay prison on bond if it was one of his family members who had been molested..

Well, I think that judge should be removed from office. I can see no justification for letting that kind of criminal be released on bond instead of serving their term. It just doesn't make one little bit of sense from my vantage point.
