It started with getting a college education so that I could support myself and my children and continued in baby steps until I was back on track instead of just floating along. Now I live a more peaceful life and have married a wonderful man but there are times when we feel like our lives are spinning out of control once again. The only thing we can do for the most part is to hang on.

2.  royal52gens (1840) | 3 months ago |  I am such a control freak. So when I feel that my life is out of control, it is something I am well aware of. I do take steps to put my life back in order. Sometimes I am successful and sometimes I have to start from scratch in order to find the peacefulness I desire. I agree it is important to mind, body and spirit to have a balanced life. This does take work.

Now that we have power on things that we want to do, we want to achieve and we are happy with. It would be really great to look back and say to yourself that you are a better person now.
