I write for a living...not memoirs. It would be so boring, people wouldn't get past the first chapter. The reason I became an author is that I was bored and knew that if I wanted entertainment, I'd have to do it myself.
No, I don't think I'll do a memoir.
The only interesting part would be Vietnam where I befriended a(n) (Russian "Advisor") in the jungle. We both decided simultaneously not to shoot each other. We had lunch together for about a year.
Someday, when I publish in Russia, I hope he recognizes that I used his name as one of my main characters.

Vlad. I wish he would move to Guelph. Wouldn't it ave been interesting if he was the old veteran who walked across the street to meet me that day? If I recognized he name from your book, I'd have called Aunt Elsie and arranged to have him stay at the house up the street, and he'd have a seat at the head table at our wedding party in a few weeks.

Damn right! I sincerely hope Mikhail Gerasov is still alive and like SF.

I'm not sure if anybody would be that interested in what I have to say. Maybe my mother..I have that Oprah magazine though I might decide to get interested in doing it someday. When I was at Penn State for one of my classes we had to write our autobiography. That was a n intersting assignment. I think I had to do something similar to t hat in a career counseling course I took one time.

I've ofen thought o writig my memoirs. It might be interesting, and I'm sue I could make some money off of te resulting book. I think it would be interesting if my husband and I wrote a book about our rather odd but extremely loing relationship.

Yes, I have a diary and I have been writing mhttp://www.mylot.com/w/newresponse/1619992.aspx?edit=1y journal since October 15, 1991. When I am not busy, i write my thoughts from time to time, much more when I was in school before. But now when I find time to write and I have something to share which i want to remember in the future I write it full. I learned from it. Sometimes problems that i encountered are the same and I grown and learned from my life in the past. It is good to have a journal but sure to keep it safe. Thanks for the link Raydene.
