this point thing is really bugging me, i had 144 now im down to 142..i dont understand why it does this we get our points and they take them away ..
ow im just getting angry lol so i wanted to come in here and just let it out lol i know ive been toldto not worry but i wish i knew what discussions they are deleting..
ok just wanted to see if any of you get angry at this happeneing..

Yes shell, I sure do. I lost 5 points overnight the other
day and I have no idea what happened. They don't explain
when they take them away. I hardly make any money no
matter what I do. It's taking me forever and I really
need to make money soon. I love being here and I'm having
some much fun. My bf hates that I stay so late and can't
understand what I'm doing until 2:00 am. That's the time
now. Oh well, another day at mylot, another few pennies!

gee thats a lot 5 points yer i just feel we should be told about why we lost them when i first lost 2 points the other day i was worried i had upset someone in a reply and i thought im never rude so it could not be that so i put a discussion up and ws told why this happenes, i was told it happenes all the time , so i think if they do that why not fill us in as to WHY..
sorry about your 5 points and im here carrying on about 2, i just would like to know why thats all...

sometimes this happens to me also. Mylot removes all the discussions which violates the rules and which are duplicate discussions.
My responses also gets deleted sometimes and its very sad to see our responses getting deleted.
I now avoid discussions which violate rules like one referral links.

The reason why this happens is because people start discussions that sometimes will get deleted by Mylot, because of a TOS violation, or something silly like that. MyLot is very strict about certain things. I don't understand a lot of it either, but that's how the points disappear.

Sometimes myLot will delete a discussion. If you have responded to the deleted discussion they will remove credit for responding. Therefore you have the reduction in points as well as earnings.
Try to avoid discussions with affiliate links to other websites. Those get deleted a lot.

This doesn't happen to me too much anymore but it did when I started out and annoyed me to no end. The way I avoid it now is choose what to reply to more carefully...if someone is breaking the guidelines, ignore the thread (actually reporting it might be the better thing to do!) because it may not be long on the site. Of course I'm probably more aware of the rules now myself so I'm better at spotting the suspect threads.

My posts got deleted occasionally too. Things like that happen all the time. There's nothing I can do with it
