For example, if a woman eats right and gets enough outdoor exposure, her skin and hair should glow. I mean, the body, like allot of things does have a wear and tare to it and when it is not healing itself, it starts to wear down and that is reflected.
I know there are allot of women who spend money on heavy cosmetics and make-up to make themselves more attractive. However, I think if used in correctly, these can actually harm the skin, thus making the woman less attractive. There are women who know how to take care of themselves and that helps to look so much more attractive.
Of course, health is also a mental attitude rather than just a physical thing. A woman with a healthy attitude, a love for life can make herself exceedingly attractive without the help of too many cosmetic ads.
