Most women only think how they look on the outside and spend hundreds on anti-aging creams,mile high heels but,they care less about what's going on inside their bodies.Taking care of your health can add decades to your life and it will also help you look younger..
Stress and vanity can take away years,while happiness and healthy diet could keep you living until your 100th birthday.

I think that health is more important than beauty If your health is good we will have beauty, beauty begins attention to health.

well i definitely put my health first. we will look good when we are healthy. no creams or procedures can help if one is not healthy. personally, i don't use any of those anti-aging things as i don't think it'll help much. i'd rather spend the time and effort on improving my health. afterall, health is one of our most precious asset. cheers ;p

Yes, my health first! It's my first priority because a healthy body will give me good looks even if I dont spend for those anti-aging creams. Healthy body means healthy glowing skin so no need to spend that much.
