I say this is BS. Here's why.

1) Osama Bin Laden is very likely dead. I just don't believe he is still alive. Of the numerous believable accounts of his death, at least one is likely true.

2) Tactical nuclear weapons are maintenance intensive and do not remain serviceable in the hands of people without access to very expensive technology and specially trained personnel. In other words, if you were given a nuclear weapon and the codes to activate it, it would become useless to you after not that long of a period of time as it would no longer go off or would go off with a greatly reduced effect as the weapon degrades. Just how old are these ancient Russian tactical nukes? Very old!
