When I found this website tonight, I nearly cried. It was a "frog" on my bzzagent today, and the first time i had seen it. Being that my son is special needs, and I wish often that he was 'normal', I could relate to some of the people that had wishes on this site. Of course, there were many selfish and silly wishes, but you could tell when you read one that was straight from the heart. It made me get teary eyed a bit. There are times that I wish my could son would have a more normal life. I know to him HE is normal, but in the eyes of others he is different. If I could make one wish on there, or anywhere it would be for him to grow up with out any medical issues. That would be the main wish, but if I had to ask for something material, it would be to take him to Sesame Place since he absolutely LOVES Elmo and Sesame Street. Well, to check out the site yourself the link is http://www.bzzagent.com//p/0585968822/alskjs

I love this site. I was out of income for 4 months, the 4th month was my daughter's birthday. I wished for a few cards for her and got much more than I expected. I was so touched by the generosity of perfect strangers.

Wow! We are struggling pretty hard right now in life, but I feel so bad about "asking" for help and assistance. I've always been very dependent. That is great that their are caring people in the world.

I too just made a wish. I made a wish for Christmas gifts for my children. In fact , I have already received a message from someone who wants to mail me some gifts. I also put an auction through Ebay for help and to my amazement, someone mailed me brand new toys. There are angels out there. I think that God is watching and sends these people out to us. Thanks to the kindness of others my children will have a merry Christmas.

I hate it when people abuse things like this. Like the guy that wished for a wheelchair carrier for his van and sorted it under "need".

I'm sure people do take advantage and "lie" about issues as well. That's the sad part. Luckily, you can read between the links of some of the posts and figure out what is real or fake. The real ones are the ones that I feel the saddest about. The people that really need help, or need that last wish granted. Reading some of the things that people were asking for made me happy for the things that I do have in my life, even though it's not much.
