Do you prefer bigger or smaller handbags?  

well i dont really worry about size its just if its cute or not but i do have more small handbags but i lso like big ones to :):)

I definitely dig the big ones! Small ones just can't hold the stuff I have, and I think the big ones look better anyway haha. I used to like small ones, but that isn't the case anymore. Maybe if I am going to some kind of formal party a smaller one would be more appropriate, but that is very rare!

I used to be that way too. I loved big handbags, but then I started getting annoy with having to carry them on my shoulder. The more bigger the bag the more stuff I would put in there. So finally I went & bought a small handbag & now I just fit in there what I obsolutely need to have with me at all times. My should feels much better now LOL.

I think size is very important!
I have more handbags (and shopping bags) than the shop that sells them just down the road from me
I like the ones with compartments where you can easily find all your 'stuff' but they are no good on special occasions so I have small ones for them.
All colours too and for all seasons.
It's always been my only 'fad' since I was about 10 yars old when I had my first 'shoulder' bag. Oh yes I have them too

For me it depends on what I'm doing for the day. I usually like big handbags if I'm going on a walk or I will be spending a lot of time away from the house that day. If I'm going for a walk or doing something outdoors I like a small handbag so I'm not lugging it around. I like putting lots of stuff in my purse because you never know when your going to need something.

Well marina, I prefer large handbags. I seem to always have
a lot of "stuff" that I need to take with me. My makeup alone
takes up alot of room. I never seem to get them big enough
and then I end up taking a second bag with me that I call
a "schleping" bag. That is a bag that I put my handbag and
anything else that doesn't fit in the handbag in. It's really
kind of silly. I should just buy a humongous one and be done
with it!

i love big bags! for years i've carried way to much. i have a fear of needing something i dont have in my purse. lol. I wonder if theres some psycological reason? my one daughter gave me a small cute bag for xmas last year and i gave it to my other daughter, who loves small cute purses. lol

I like smaller hand bags... I don't really have alot of stuff to put in my purse so i prefer a smaller hand bag...

I'm a BIG BIG BIG fan of oversized handbags! Even though they are really that huge, a bit annoying to carry, I think it's so stylish.. very fashionable.
Sometimes, I only have my cellphone, camera, pen, mp3 inside an oversized bag. Bite me. :p

I used to like big handbags, but I end up putting too much stuff in them, and then they get too heavy. I also cannot find all the stuff I put in them, ...it's like a fishpond. Every time I throw in a line I come up with some unusual item, but not the thing I'm looking for. Yes, size is a number one thing with me! that and pockets. I like lots of pockets.
