Your first step is to get noticed. Maybe you can start at local church events. Pass out flyers etc. Get a feel of how people are receiving your product, do they like it or not. Go to local fairs, take advantage of any event that would help expose you to the public. Pass the word around by word of mouth.
Get a website, market your product. These are just a few ideas to get you thinking and get you started.
Good luck

I used years ago to bead headbands for a small company, they were good sellers,we used to bead them in many different designs and always by hand, the beading needles are wierd to handle lol but you soon get used to them,it may just be an idea towards your new enterprise,to bead a few hair bands and see if they sell, but the beading as you will know only too well is very intricate and can take a lot of time.
